Definitions
"Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any enrolment confirmation issued to you.
"Service" or "Programme" refers to any financial education session, workshop, or programme offered by Jati Wealth, including all related materials and tools.
"We", "Us", "Our" refers to Jati Wealth, operating from 27 Jalan Maarof, Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
"You", "User", "Participant" refers to any individual who visits our website, submits an enquiry, or enrolls in a programme.
"Content" refers to all materials, templates, worksheets, calculators, and written guidance provided as part of a programme.

Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a programme, or using our website, you indicate that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. Enrolment into specific programmes, such as the Wisdom Years Financial Planning Programme, is tailored for participants aged 55 and above, though legal capacity to enter this agreement requires a minimum age of 18.

Service Description
Jati Wealth provides financial education in the form of structured sessions and workshops. Our programmes are educational in nature and are not a substitute for regulated financial advice under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 or any other applicable Malaysian legislation.
Programme availability is subject to scheduling and capacity. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable prior notice. Services are delivered primarily in English, with some sessions available in Bahasa Malaysia upon request.
Services are available to residents and citizens of Malaysia. International participants may enquire, though programme content is specifically designed around Malaysian financial systems, regulations, and institutions.

Enrolment & Accounts
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed payment and an email confirmation from Jati Wealth. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information at the time of enrolment.
Your enrolment is personal and non-transferable. Session access materials or tools provided are for your use only and may not be shared with third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access links provided.

User Responsibilities
When engaging with our services, you agree to:
- Attend sessions punctually and engage in good faith
- Use provided materials for personal educational purposes only
- Refrain from recording sessions without written consent from Jati Wealth
- Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
- Not reproduce, distribute, or sell programme content to others
- Not use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
Jati Wealth reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme if conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms, without obligation to refund fees.

Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, templates, calculators, session materials, and branding used by Jati Wealth are the intellectual property of Jati Wealth or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use provided materials for your own financial planning purposes only.
You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, commercialise, or distribute any programme content without prior written permission. Sharing materials with family members for non-commercial personal use is permissible with attribution to Jati Wealth.

Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, FPX (online banking), and selected e-wallets. Details are provided upon enrolment.
Currency: All fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Payment Schedule: Full payment is required before the first session unless a staged payment arrangement has been explicitly agreed in writing.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation 7+ days before first session: Full refund minus a RM 50 administrative processing fee.
- Cancellation 3–6 days before first session: 50% refund of total programme fee.
- Cancellation within 48 hours or after commencement: No refund. Rescheduling to a future cohort may be considered at our discretion.
- Rescheduling by participant: One complimentary reschedule per programme, subject to availability, with at least 72 hours notice.
- Cancellation by Jati Wealth: Full refund or transfer to an alternative date, at the participant's choice.

Programme-Specific Terms
Side Income Financial Planning Session
Covers two sessions. Materials, including the side-income tracking template, are provided digitally after the first session. Participants are encouraged to bring records of their supplementary income sources to the first session for context, though this is not mandatory.
Property Loan Restructuring Workshop
A three-session workshop. The refinancing evaluation calculator is provided after session two. Participants should note that this programme provides education on loan restructuring concepts; it does not constitute mortgage advice under any regulatory framework. Any refinancing decisions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
Wisdom Years Financial Planning Programme
A seven-session programme with bi-annual reviews for two years post-completion. Review sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to facilitator availability. Participants who miss a review session may request a single rescheduled review within 60 days of the originally scheduled date. The detailed transition plan document is delivered within 10 working days of completing the final session.

Jati Wealth provides financial education. Our programmes are not a substitute for personalised financial, legal, or tax advice from a licensed professional. The information and frameworks presented reflect general financial planning principles applicable to Malaysian contexts and do not constitute regulated financial advice.
We do not represent that any particular financial outcome will result from attending our programmes. All decisions regarding your personal finances, investments, property, or retirement planning are entirely your own responsibility.
Programme content is reviewed regularly but may not always reflect the most recent regulatory changes. We encourage participants to verify current rates and regulations with the relevant Malaysian authorities (e.g., EPF, LHDN, Bank Negara).

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Jati Wealth's liability arising from or related to the use of our services is limited to the total programme fee paid by the participant for the specific programme in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from financial decisions made by participants based on programme content, including but not limited to investment losses, tax liabilities, or property transaction outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Participants wishing to withdraw from a programme should refer to the Refund & Rescheduling Policy in Section 7.
Jati Wealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in the event of a breach of these Terms, without obligation to refund, and to take appropriate legal action where warranted.
Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive.

Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, with Kuala Lumpur as the preferred venue.
Informal Resolution: We encourage any concerns to be raised with us directly at legal@jatiwealte before formal proceedings. We aim to address all concerns within 10 working days.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).

General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrolment confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jati Wealth.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in the future.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this agreement. Jati Wealth may transfer rights in the event of a business transfer.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent to legal@jatiwealte or to our registered address.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to enrolled participants and reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our services or website following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
